Glutes and Core Challenge Week Two!

In this weeks follow up to our week one core and glute challenge, the routines will get a bit longer. Remember to not overwork yourself! Or work yourself harder if needed. Remember, this is not a follow along with me video. Go at your own pace, pause and rewind as needed.  The goal as always is to challenge yourself and be happy with your effort injury free.  Enjoy yourself and break a sweat!
